One of Cloudburst’s select venues, newly opened Brighton Wine Bar will host Will and Cloudburst Cult members for a preview of the new vintages alongside a paired menu of beautiful local produce. We’ll start in the vines with a glass of Delugional and a walk through the vineyard with me, so I can show you some of what I’ve been talking about, then make our way down to the winery.
This won’t be a formal dinner. Oysters will be shucked, food will keep turning up, bottles will get opened, there’ll be music, and we’ll just let the evening find its own rhythm among the stone walls, the winery and the bush.
It’ll be relaxed, intimate, and a bit more of a look inside Cloudburst than we’ve offered before. Best, Will.
